HATCH projects can take many forms, from large scale festivals like WOVEN to more intimate interactions with the Art Doctors. Underpinning everything we do is a commitment to consultation, collaboration and discussion that leads, where possible and appropriate, to co-produced projects and events that have a long term legacy.
The first WOVEN festival took place in June 2019 and it is a celebration of innovation in textiles across Kirklees.
The Art Doctors playfully break down barriers to participation in contemporary art, and explore the positive role of creativity in all our lives.
