New Project! Conduit with artist Anji Timlin

We’re delighted to be supporting Anji Timlin with Conduit, which has just been awarded artist-led funding by Bradford Culture Company (previously Bradford 2025). It’s a fantastic project working in collaboration with local communities in Keighley and with other river-loving creatives to tell powerful stories about our connection to the rivers and each other.

Landscape painter Anji Timlin will make a new body of her largest and most ambitious paintings to date inspired by two rewilding, post-industrial rivers of Bradford, with two separate exhibitions in Keighley and Ilkley under the banner of CONDUIT.

With a very successful Clean River Group operating in Ilkley, we hope that the bonds that develop between  the two location, and shared love of their rivers, will lead to the establishment of a new Keighley Clean River Group.

Alison will be supporting the management and co-creation aspects of the project, which is also supported by Keighley Town Council.
